AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch sports car maker Spyker Cars NV said on Saturday its shareholders had approved the sale of its Formula One team as part of its refinancing operations.

Spyker might just get themselves out of the money hole yet.  They have done everything to sell their name (for electronics) to now the sale of the F1 team.
