Sometimes an elegantly simple solution beats all the fancy in the world. Forbes Magazine got to enter an H2 in a hill climb against a bunch of vintage autos. Shouldn’t have been a fair fight.

Not exactly the PR the folks at Hummer were hoping for, but it shouldn’t dampen anyone’s spirits as far as renting a Hummer in San Antonio for the weekend or any of the other great cities served by DFW Elite Auto Rental.com
The hillclimb happened in Evansville, Ind. and the driver was Gary Le Fever, a spry 70 year old.
To be fair the Model T wasn’t entirely factory original.

All the moreso because my Dad drives a pair of stock Model Ts, my older brother drives one of the original Hummers. I’m almost normal, driving a 1997 Jeep Wrangler.
I had no idea that playing around offroad was something all 3 of us could enjoy together in our respective vehicles – as long as me and Dad take it easy so my brother can keep up.
