HOUSE SWAPPING ALLOWS EXOTIC VACATIONS ON A BUDGET

You would be hard pressed to find someone who wouldn’t love the idea of spending a week or two in London, New York or some other exotic location.  You would equally hard pressed to find someone in that category who could afford such a getaway. 

These competing realities are the main reason why a phenomenon known as house swapping has developed.  Very simply, the practice is just as the name indicates.  You find someone who has a house in a destination that you would like to visit and trade houses for a set period of time. 

As with many things, the idea of house swapping was a good idea without an adequate forum until the internet came along.  Now there are multiple web sites devoted to the practice of house swapping with clients all over the world. 

In addition to homes for vacations, this sharing concept has also spread to several other of life’s luxuries.  For example, exotic car sharing clubs have sprung up all over the world.  These exotic car clubs allow members to experience a variety of cars from the clubs’ collections without undertaking the expense of purchasing or maintaining such automobiles.
