Britain’s dream drive – the Aston Martin DB9

The British Aston Martin DB9 has been voted the nation’s ultimate dream car – beating foreign thrillers such as the Lamborghini Gallardo and Ferrari Enzo – in a poll conducted by DVLA Personalised Registrations.

Aston’s DB9 came out as the vehicle entrants would most like to drive, with the awesome Aston Martin Vanquish in third place, just behind the Bugatti Veyron.

The R8, Audi’s new kid on the block made a dream debut with fourth place, ahead of the more established exotica from Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche and Mercedes.
