I was impressed with the way the Russian goverment reminds the citizens of the law. Also makes great automotive art sculpture.
It’s illegal to use a mobile phone is Russia. To get this point home the Russian government created this piece of automotive art to bring home the risks of driving and talking on mobiles. Ouch!
