New test centre to open

Aston Martin plans to open a new testing centre at the legendary Nurburgring racing circuit in Germany in May.

As most sports car makers, Aston has made extensive use of the demanding circuit in the development of past models – all new cars from the British brand are subject to a 10,000km sign-off on the 22km circuit.

The centre will be the second major new facility for Aston in recent times. Two months ago, it opened a dedicated design centre at its HQ in Warwickshire, England.
