The Porsche Cayenne is a mix between a family SUV and a blood-pumping sports car. With even more power this year the Cayenne looks to place itself above the rest in the luxury sports SUV class.
The Cayenne is available in base, S, and Turbo trims. It comes with the choice of a V6, V8, or Turbo V8 engine. All engine sizes come with new direct injection to increase performance. The V6 is now a 3.6-liter producing 290 hp. The V8 engines grow to 4.8-liters, with the naturally aspirated V8 creating 385 hp and the turbo over 500 hp. Controlling all the power are a six-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission standard and the option of a six-speed manual on only the V6 model. It stays connected to the pavement via full time all-wheel drive. This year’s small design changes include bigger air intakes, more angular headlights, and sportier fenders.
For 2008, the Porsche Cayenne gets more power and a minimal exterior redesign.

I know this car is the greatest car on earth… I bought this cayenne a month ago and i cant stop driving it ! its an addiction seriously! The sound and the mileage of the machine its just great! Maybe it is because of its Porsche oxygen sensor and re calibrated throttle for more aggressive tip-in, forces the transmission to start off in first gear, rather than second, and delays the point at which the stability management system intervenes. Man, I love this car…
